How long does shipping take?

Where can I find my tracking number?

What if my tracking number doesn’t work?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. However, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product by providing proof of use (timeline photos and records). Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number, and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
What’s the best way to use Batana Oil?
For our Batana Oil products, you can use them either as a leave-in treatment or rinse-out conditioner. Apply a small amount evenly to damp or dry hair and gently massage into your scalp. Leave it in for extra nourishment or rinse after a few hours. The choice is yours!
